State Pharmaceutical and Medical Supply Corporation Limited (State Pharma) is a fully state-owned enterprise established by the Government of the Maldives to secure the supply and procurement of medicines, consumables, and medical equipment. The corporation took over nationwide retail pharmacy operations and pharmaceutical import responsibilities from the State Trading Organization (STO). It oversees an extensive network of pharmacies and coordinates the national distribution of pharmaceuticals across the atolls.
