What the labels mean.
Our team has checked these details ourselves, for example by phone, with official documents, or in person.
Not yet verified by our team. Details may be out of date; if something is wrong, report it from the listing page.
Profiles of public figures cover their public role and work only. If something on any listing is wrong, use "Report a problem" on that page and we will correct or remove it.
Claim your listing. In four steps.

Sign in with your email. No password needed.

Open your listing and choose "Claim this listing".

Confirm with a code sent to the listing's email, or tell us how we can confirm your role.

Once approved, edit your listing at any time. Changes go live straight away.

Get featured.
Featured listings appear first in search results and on the home page, with a Featured label. Payment is by bank transfer; we switch it on once the transfer arrives. Being featured does not affect the Verified badge or reviews.
Fair reviews.
Anyone signed in can rate and review a place once, or rate and comment on a public figure's public work. A moderator checks every review and comment before it appears. We remove anything with personal attacks, private information, or claims we cannot stand behind.
