Raysut Maldives Cement Pvt Ltd operates a bulk cement terminal and packaging facility on the industrial island of Thilafushi. Originally established in 1998 as a joint venture with the State Trading Organization (STO), the company formerly operated as Lafarge Maldives Cement. In 2020, Oman-based Raysut Cement Company acquired a 75 percent majority stake in the enterprise, with STO retaining the remaining 25 percent.
