Noorbaan Fahmy

Noorbaan Fahmy serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Maldives Securities Depository (MSD) and Chief Strategy Officer of the Maldives Stock Exchange (MSE). Prior to assuming these leadership roles in January 2026, she served as Chief Operating Officer, Legal Counsel, and Company Secretary across both institutions. A legal practitioner by background, she previously worked as Counsel at the Capital Market Development Authority and served on the first Executive Committee of the Bar Council of Maldives.
