About
Mohamed Naseer became active in Dhivehi oratory during his school days at Male' English School, winning multiple national speech and debate contests. Beginning in 1995, he has conducted speech and oratory training programs for students across the Maldives and coached candidates for parliamentary and local council elections. In 2026, he was conferred the National Award of Recognition by the Government of the Maldives for promoting the art of oratory in Dhivehi language and literature.
