The Ministry of Homeland Security, Labour and Technology is the government executive body responsible for maintaining internal security, public safety, and law and order in the Maldives. It exercises oversight over key law enforcement and regulatory bodies including the Maldives Police Service, Maldives Immigration, and the Maldives Correctional Service. The ministry is also mandated with foreign labour administration and advancing national technology and digital transformation initiatives.
