Manta Air (Manta Aviation Pvt Ltd) began operating in February 2019 and started seaplane flights in November 2019, with its hub at Dhaalu Airport. Its fleet is mostly Twin Otter seaplanes plus one ATR 72-600. In September 2026 it was reported to be ending domestic flights to focus on seaplanes, which the airline had not officially confirmed.
