Ibrahim Mohamed Solih served as the 7th President of the Republic of Maldives from November 2018 to November 2023. Prior to his presidency, he served as a parliamentarian in the People's Majlis for over two decades, representing the Lhaviyani Atoll and Hinnavaru constituencies. He is a founding member and senior leader of the Maldivian Democratic Party.
