Fathimath Ameeza serves as the Commissioner General of Taxation at the Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA), having been appointed to the post in July 2026. She previously served as MIRA's Deputy Commissioner General of Taxation and has held various key leadership positions across the institution, including heading its Enforcement Division. She brings more than 16 years of public service experience in taxation and revenue administration in the Maldives.
