The Criminal Court of the Maldives is a superior court of first instance responsible for adjudicating criminal cases under Maldivian law. Formerly operating across locations in Malé, the court relocated its courtroom and administrative functions to the Justice Building Annex in Hulhumalé Phase 1 in July 2025. It operates under the Department of Judicial Administration within the Maldivian court system.
