Established in October 1979, Club Valencia is one of the most historic and successful football clubs in the Maldives, having won multiple national leagues and FA Cups. Nicknamed The Sunrisers, the club plays its competitive domestic home fixtures at the National Football Stadium in Malé. In addition to senior team competitions, the organization operates youth football academy programs across multiple age divisions.
