Established in 1981, the Bank of Ceylon Male' Branch is the first Sri Lankan commercial bank to operate in the Maldives. Based in the Aage building on Boduthakurufaanu Magu in Henveiru, the branch provides personal and corporate accounts, remittance facilities, trade finance, foreign currency exchange, and digital banking services. The bank also maintains an extension presence in Hulhumalé.
