Abdulla Sodiq, commonly known as Soadhube, is a Maldivian writer, poet, and Dhivehi language scholar born in Muli, Meemu Atoll. Over several decades, he contributed significantly to Maldivian linguistics and education, serving at the Centre for Linguistic and Historical Research and the Dhivehi Language Academy. In recognition of his lifetime service and literary contributions, he was conferred the Order of the Distinguished Rule of Izzuddin in 2019.
